The largest community of expatriates living in Merida elected new leaders for their association.


The new directors of the
Asociación de Cubanos Residentes en México “José Martí” A.C. are:

There are approximately 6,500 Cuban citizens living in Yucatan State.  The association has a presence in 30 states throughout Mexico.  Dedicated to cultivating the best of Cuban culture in Mexico and strengthening the ties between Cuba and Mexico, the association represents the largest interests of the largest expatriate community in Merida.
