| Brazos Abiertos Tax Returns - 2007 and 2008 |
After repeated, frustrated requests to get copies of Brazos Abiertos financials from Jose Solis, I decided to avail myself to the Freedom of Information Act in the U.S.
This entailed a notarized letter directed to the IRS requesting, under provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, copies of Brazos Abiertos tax returns for 2007 and 2008. The IRS was forthcoming and sent it to my address in New York.
As a public service, here is the tax return for 2007. The one for 2008 is still being evaluated by forensic accountants and will be posted shortly.
